YOUTH / CADET PROGRAMS
Our aim is to give every student the physical, mental, and emotional capacity to see their potential realized and achieve success and excellence in and outside of Taekwondo.
This is a crucial time in the development of young men and women, and it should be filled with challenges and excitement. With our extremely diverse syllabus and skillset on offer, we dare you to take up the challenge and put yourself to the test.
Developing the qualities that build future sports champions and successful people, through pedagogy, highly motivated tuition and development drills, and exercises which have been fashioned from over 20 years of experience in international competition, coaching, and martial arts practice.
SPIRIT LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Leadership is a program designed for students of intermediate to advanced belt level which is focused upon extending martial values beyond the walls of the Dojang and into the community.
In addition to developing organisational and communication skills, Leadership students are also required to develop their own community contribution project. These projects come together to form part of their own leadership portfolio's listing all of there achieved project goals and contributions in and outside of Taekwondo.

PROJECT-BASED LEADERSHIP
BUILDING TOMORROWS LEADERS TODAY
Project-based leadership is derived from what "who" we want our black belts to be.
And seeking the most effective ways to pass on the attributes of innovation, creativity decision making, and leadership skills.
At Spirit, we know that just like the physical techniques of Taekwondo, these qualities need to be practiced. This is why "Project-Based Leadership training" is a core component and an essential part of the Spirit Taekwondo.
The aim is to develop well rounded, creative community-focused individuals, who have the strength and skills to contribute to others in their community, and the drive to make changes that can change lives. Taking the principles and values learned and teach in Taekwondo, out of the Dojang ( training hall) and into the world.
